Removing or archiving published documents

Currently AdminApp does not provide a function to delete an entry in the documents listing – however, two facilities exist to enable the removal of entries if required:

(i) for files that were just used for testing or are definitely redundant you can send us a list of the documentIDs and we will remove them for you; or

(ii) in general, for any file, you can request that re-assigning entries to an archive user be enabled. This will allow your company to remove files from its active list by re-assigning them to a specially set up “archive” user. Archiving documents is preferable to deleting entries, as it enables auditing of usage and recovery of files if required.
