My computer/device has died/I have new computer, how do I re-enable my secure documents?
If your device has a new operating system installed and/or your replace your device or acquire a new one, you should first check the instructions provided when you were sent details of how to download and authorize your secure PDF documents. Try following these on your new device, but if access to the secure files is still not enabled, then contact the supplier/publisher of the material you wish to access, providing as much detail as possible (e.g. the document name, authorization code or license file used, your reasons for asking for assistance etc). The publisher can then re-enable you code or license via the administration facilities we provide, or may ask us to do this for you. Publishers issuing codes to end users can reset codes via the AdminApp program and/or issue a new code and/or contact us to reset a code if required.
