Hyperlinks/web addresses are displayed in the document but no jumps occur when they are clicked in Javelin
Hyperlinks (e.g. sections of text identified in a particular colour and underlining or full web addresses) may be displayed but are only processed if these have been included as EXPLICIT links in the generated PDF. Hyperlinks that are invalid (e.g. the destination does not exist or they are incorrectly formatted) are ignored. Some PDF readers (e.g. the Adobe Reader) “guesses” that a text string might be a hyperlink (an IMPLICIT link), but for correct operation the links should be made explicit. Adobe Acrobat includes a function to convert implicit hyperlinks to explicit links. Once converted these links will work correctly in all Javelin readers.
