Does Drumlin work on a shared server via Remote Desktop?
Yes. Drumlin can be installed and registered on a central server and access via the standard Windows desktop software for remote access, RDP. Publishers wishing to take advantage of this option, in order to ensure multiple editors can create secure files using the same registered UserID can do so as long as they login to the desktop as the appropriate user, i.e. so that they have access to the Drumlin application. AdminApp can also be run in this manner, but it is often simpler to install AdminApp on any device that needs to use it, as there is no separate registration process for this software – access is via the username and password created when Drumlin was registered.
